金水宝胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床效果观察及对CRP的影响

目的 研究金水宝胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭（CRF）的临床效果及对CRP的影响.方法 选取本院2011年1月～2012年6月收治的98例CRF患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组各49例.对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予金水宝胶囊辅助治疗.治疗3个月后,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组总有效率为89.80％,对照组总有效率为69.39％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后,两组的CRP、血清肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、尿酸（UA）等指标均下降,且观察组的改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 金水宝胶囊治疗CRF的效果良好且比较安全,值得推广应用.

Observation of clinical effect of Jinshuibao capsule treating chronic renal failure and its effect on C-reactive protein

Objective To study the clinical effect of Jinshuibao capsule treating chronic renal failure （CRF） and its effect on C-reactive protein （CRP）. Methods 98 patients with CRF treated in our hospital were divided into the control group （n=49） and the observation group （n=49） according to different treatment methods form January 2011 to June 2012.Ppatients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine while patients in the observation group were treated with Jinshuibao capsule based on the treatment of the control group.Treatment effect of the two groups was compared after 3 months treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 89.80%, the total effective rate in the control group was 69.39%,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）;CRP,serum creatinine （Scr）,blood urea nitrogen （BUN） and uric acid （UA） and other indicators of the two groups decreased,and the improvement in the observation was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effect of Jinshuibao capsule treating CRF is good and safe,it is worthy of popularization and application.
