小剂量米非司酮联合双橘颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果观察

目的探讨小剂量米非司酮联合双橘颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法将94例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组，对照组45例，实验组49例。对照组患者给予口服米非司酮治疗，连续服用3个月，实验组患者在此基础上同时服用双橘颗粒，连续服用3个月，月经期停用双橘颗粒。观察两组患者治疗前后子宫体积、肌瘤大小、血清性激素以及临床症状的变化，比较两组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果两组患者治疗前后子宫体积、肌瘤体积、血清中雌二醇（E2）、黄体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）均有明显减小或降低；对照组患者中出现子宫肌瘤复发8例，实验组有3例，且实验组总有效率明显高于对照组，两组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者均无明显的不良反应情况发生。结论小剂量米非司酮联合双橘颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤的效果较好．不易复发。值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect observation of small dose mifepristone combined with double orange granula in treatment of hysteromyoma

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of smaii dose mifepristone combined with double orange particles in treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods 94 patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group and with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone for 3 months,and the experimental group was treated with small dose mifepristone combined with double orange granula for 3 months.Patients in menstrual period discontinued double orange particles.The therapeutic effects and adverse circumstance of the two groups were evaluated. Results The volume of uterus and hysteromyoma,level of estradiol（E2）, luteinizing hormone（LH） and follicle stimulating hormone（FSH） were significantly decreased in the two groups.8 cases of hysteromyoma recurred in the control group,3 cases of hysteromyoma recurred in the experimental group.Compared with control group,the effects of experimental group were better and the recurrence rate was lower, the differences between the two groups had remarkable statistics meaning（P〈0.05）.There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Small dose mifepristone combined with double orange granula is effective and with lower recurrence rate in treating hysteromyoma,and it deserves to be promoted widely.
