非小细胞肺癌组织中VEGF-C表达与淋巴转移的关系

摘    要:
目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)表达情况与肿瘤淋巴转移的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测NSCLC肿瘤组织中VEGF-C阳性表达情况和微血管、微淋巴管的密度,分析VEGF-C阳性表达与肿瘤分化情况、淋巴结转移情况、病理类型的关系,比较有、无淋巴结转移和VEGF-C阳性、阴性表达的不同肿瘤组织中微血管和微淋巴管的密度.结果 有淋巴结转移肿瘤组织VEGF-C的阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移肿瘤组织(x2=15.461,P<0.05);不同分化程度和不同病理类型的NSCLC组织中VEGF-C的阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).VEGF-C阳性表达的NSCLC组织微淋巴管计数高于VEGF-C阴性NSCLC组织(t=22.080,P<0.05);有淋巴结转移NSCLC组织微淋巴管和微血管计数高于无淋巴结转移NSCLC组织(t分别为37.312、20.847,P<0.05).结论 VEGF-C可能通过调节微淋巴管生成的数目促进NSCLC的淋巴转移.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) and the tumor lymphatic metastasis in the non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods The immunohisto- chemist), was used to detect the positive expression of VEGF-C and the density of capillaries and lymphatic microves- sels.The relationship between the positive expression of VEGF-C and the tumor differentiation,lymph mode metastasis and pathlogical type was analyzed.The capillaries and lymphatic microvesscls were compared between the tumor tis- sues with and without lymph node metastasis and with positive and negative VEGF-C expression.Results The tumor tissue with lymph node metastasis had higher positive VEGF-C expression rate than the tumor tissue without lymph node metastasis (X2=15.461,P〈0.O5);The positive VEGF-C expression rates in the NSCLC tissues with different differ- entiation degrees and different pathological types had no significant difference (P〉O.05).The NSCLC tissues with posi- tive VEGF-C expression had larger lymphatic microvessel count than the tissues with negative VEGF-C expression (t= 22.080,P〈0.05);The NSCLC tissues with lymph node metastasis had larger lymphatic microvessel count and capillary count than the NSCLC tissues without lymph node metastasis (t=37.312 and 20.847 respectively,P〈0.05).Conclusion VEGF-C may promote the lymph node metastasis of NSCLC through regulating the number of lymphangiogenesis.
