ICU危重症患者并发上消化道出血的临床观察

目的 研究分析ICU危重症患者并发上消化道出血的临床治疗效果.方法 选取本院2011年11月～2012年10月收治的58例ICU危重症并发上消化道出血患者的临床资料进行研究分析.结果 经过治疗后,患者治疗的总有效率为94.83％.其中,无效3例、占5.17％,有效10例、占17.24％,显效45例、占77.59％.治疗无效的3例患者全部因抢救无效而死亡.结论 对ICU危重症并发上消化道出血患者采取积极正确的治疗措施,可以显著减少患者出现死亡的现象,延长患者的生命周期.

Clinical observation of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in critically ill icu patients

Objective To study the clinical effect for critically ill ICU patients complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Clinical information of 58 critically ill patients complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were admitted to our hospital from November 2011 to October 2012 was studied and analyzed. Results After the treat- ment,the total effective rate of after treatment was 94.83%,3 patients were ineffective,accounting for 5.17%,10 patients were effective,accounting for 17.24%,and 45 patients were remarkably effective,accounting for 77.59%.The 3 patients were ineffective due to the death symptoms of ineffective rescue. Conclusion Taking active and correct treatment mea- sures to treat critically ill ICU patients complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding can remarkably reduce the mor- tality and prolong patients＇ life cycle.
