肌萎缩侧索硬化202例临床分析

目的探讨肌萎缩侧索硬化(SALS)临床特点、诊断和观察骨髓干细胞治疗的近期效果。方法总结202例肌萎缩侧索硬化患者的临床资料。结果本组患者临床特点为:隐袭起病、逐渐加重,男性多见(男女之比1.5:1),以中年发病常见(30~59岁占83.1%);首发症状56.9%为单侧上肢肌无力或萎缩,临床表现为上下运动神经元损害并存;66.3%的患者出现延髓麻痹症状;易误诊为颈或腰椎病;骨髓干细胞治疗近期有效率为86.6%。结论肌萎缩侧索硬化的诊断主要依据临床症状、体征及肌电图;骨髓干细胞治疗近期疗效较好。

Clinical Study of 202 Cases of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

Objective To study the clinical features and diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS),and to observe the short-term effect of marrow stem cells(MSCs) on ALS.Methods We reviewed the clinical records of 202 cases of ALS.Results The disease in the study was characterized by insidious onset,ingravescence,male predominance(the ratio of male vs.female was 1.5:1) and middle-aged commonness(the ones aging from 30 to 59 years accounted for 83.1%).It was more frequent that the first symptom of ALS was the single upper extremity weakness and atrophy(56.9%).ALS showed a combination of the upper and lower motor neuron syndromes.Moreover,66.3% of the patients showed the symptoms of bulbar palsy.It was easily misdiagnosed as cervical or lumbar diseases.The short-term effective rate of MSCs treating ALS was 86.6%.Conclusion The diagnosis of ALS is mainly by clinical symptoms, signs and electromyogram.MSCs has a better short-term effect on ALS.
