大黄附子汤联合西药干预急性重症胰腺炎36例

目的评价大黄附子汤联合西医常规疗法干预急性重症胰腺炎的有效性。方法纳入2010年1月至2012年12月我中心转送至院内外科收治的急性重症胰腺炎病人69例,随机分为试验组（n=36）和对照组（n=33）。对照组予西医常规治疗。试验组：在西医常规治疗的基础上配合口服加味大黄附子汤。结果两组临床疗效比较尚无差异,但在继发感染发生率和患者早期康复率方面,P〈0.05,差异均有统计学意义,试验组优于对照组。结论大黄附子汤联合西医常规疗法在减少继发感染的发生率,促进患者早期恢复方面有效。

Treatment of Severe Acute Parcreatitis by DahtJangs Fuzi Decoction Combined with Western Medicine for iS Cases

Objective Analysis the effectiveness on treatment of severe acute pancreatitis by dahuang fuzi decoction combined with Conventional western medicine therapy. Methods 9 hospitalized patients with severe acute pancreatitis from January 2010 to December 2012 were divided into experimental group（ n = 36） and control group（ n - 33）. Control group was given conventional western medicine therapy, experimental group was given western therapy combined with Dahuang Fuzi decoction. Results As to clinical effects, the two groups have no difference. However the differences of the rate of secondary infection and early recovery rate of patients have statistical significance. P 〈0. 5 ,The experimental group was superior to the control group. Conclusion Dahuang Fuzi decoction combined with conventional western medicine therapy was effective on de- creasing secondary infection rate and promoting the early recovery rate.
