巨噬细胞移动抑制因子在动脉粥样硬化中的研究进展

摘    要:巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)是一种高度保守的的多能细胞因子,受下丘脑一垂体控制,在调节机体固有免疫和获得性免疫中发挥重要作用。MIF在机体中分布广泛,并参与了多种疾病的发生和发展过程。近年来MIF在动脉粥样硬化中的作用倍受关注,研究证实MIF参与了动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展及演化过程。虽然大多数研究承认MIF与冠状动脉性心脏病之间存在相关性,但仍存在许多争议,其与冠状动脉性心脏病的相关性研究目前仍处于起步阶段。
