| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定复方益母草软胶囊中盐酸水苏碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Luna SCX(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为三乙胺-0.025mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(0.25∶100),检测波长为192nm,柱温为30℃。结果:盐酸水苏碱进样量在1.2032～6.0160μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);平均回收率为98.74%,RSD=1.10%(n=6)。结论:本方法灵敏、准确、稳定性和重复性好,可用于复方益母草软胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To develop a HPLC method for the Determination of Stachydrine hydrochloride in Compound Leonurus soft Capsules. Methods：The separation of sample was performed on Luna SCX（250mm ×4. 6mm,5μm） ,The mobile phase was tfiethylamine - 0. 025 mol/L dipotassium hydrogen phosphate （0.25： 100）, The detection wavelength was 192nm, The temperature of column was 30℃. Results：The linear range of Stachydrine hydrochloride was 1. 203 2 ~ 6. 016 0μg（ r = 0. 999 7） ,The average recovery was 98. 74% （ RSD = 1.10%, n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible, and suitable for the control of Compound Leonurus soft Capsules. |
