糖尿病足分级的研究进展

糖尿病足致残、致死率高,治疗费用高,分级对其治疗的选择和预后判断很重要.本文介绍了Meggitt/Wagner,Texas,S(AD)SAD,DEPA,PEDIS,Strauss,DUSS等多种糖尿病足分级方法,每种分级各有优缺点.这些分级涉及了周围血管病变、感染、溃疡深度、面积、部位、周围神经病变等多种参数.糖尿病足应如何分级及分级里应包括哪些参数目前还没有统一的认识.

Different classification system on the diabetic foot

Diabetic foot with high mutilation rate and mortality results in high cost of treatment. The classification of diabetic foot has important value to the treatment options and prognosis assessment. Some diabetic foot classification systems are discussed in this paper, such as Meggitt/Wagner, Texas, S (AD) SAD,DEPA, PEDIS, Strauss, DUSS. Each classification has advantages and disadvantages by itself. These classifications comprise the following parameters : peripheral vascular disease ( PVD), infection, the depth, area and position of an ulcer, peripheral neuropathy( PN), and so on. None has gained widespread acceptance about the parameters and the way of classification of diabetic foot.
