医疗器械缺陷在门诊高危患者诊疗中的风险管理

目的针对门诊简易诊疗操作技术含量低、风险小,但遇特殊情况仍会有风险发生的特点,探讨医疗器械缺陷在门诊高危患者诊疗中的风险管理方法,以引起对此类操作的重视,确保医疗质量和患者就医安全。方法对本院门诊发生的2起护理不良事件中使用的诊疗器械及患者的病理、生理等限制性条件进行相关因素分析,并有针对性地提出护理风险防范措施。结果在患者有生理、病理等限制性条件(高危患者)的情况下,医疗器械自身又有缺陷因素叠加时,患者在接受诊疗操作过程中发生风险率会相对凸显。结论加强门诊护理风险管理,要求护理人员在门诊的简易诊疗操作中树立严谨的工作态度,对施行各种诊疗操作前的患者认真做好评估,准确识别高危患者并合理应对,对使用的医疗器械认真检查,确保完好率100%,对降低由于医疗器械自身缺陷引发的不良事件有着重要的临床意义。

Risk management of medical device defects in the diagnosisand treatment of high-risk outpatient patients

Objective To explore risk management of medical device defects in the diagnosis and treatment of high-risk outpatient patients based on the fact that the simple and low-risk clinical operation in outpatient department can also lead to risks.By doing this,attention will be paid to ensure the medical quality and patients’ safety.Methods The medical device,pathological and physiological conditions as well as other restrictive conditions in 2 adverse nursing cases in our hospital were analyzed,and preventive measures for nursing risk were made according to the analysis.Results The risk and incidence of injury in treating patients with defective medical devices increased markedly,especially when patients were in poor pathological and physiological conditions.Conclusion Strengthening risk management of nursing in outpatient department requires nursing staff to have rigorous working attitude towards the simple operation in the outpatient department,carefully conduct various evaluations for different patients before operation,accurately identify high-risk patients and give appropriate responses,and meticulously check the medical devices to be used,making sure that they are 100% intact.All these measures are of significant clinical significance to decrease adverse events caused by medical device defects.
