摘    要:
为研究膝关节前交叉韧带移植重建术的固定方法及固定强度.将标本分为1/3骨-髌韧带-骨置换挤压螺钉固定组和1/3骨-髌韧带Krackow双锁边缝合组,加上原始标本ACL组共3组.对标本分别进行拉伸生物力学检测以比较强度.结果显示1/3骨-髌韧带-骨置换挤压螺钉固定组强度、刚度均高于正常ACL组,有显著差异.认为选用1/3骨-髌韧带-骨置换挤压螺钉固定重建AC术后替代物强度高,关节稳定性较好.

Abstract:
In order to study the method and rigidity of the fixation for the knee anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, the samples were divided into three groups: Group I, Group II and Group III, which were fixed by 1/3-bone-patellar-ligament-bone-replacing-crushing-screws (BPLCS), by 1/3-bone-patellar-ligament-Krackow-bilateral-lockstitshing-suture and by the primary ACL sample, respectively; and the stretching biomechanical test was made on the samples in order to compare the stabilities of the fixing methods. The results showed that the stability and rigidity of Group I was higher than those of the normal control group with a significant difference, suggesting that selecting BPLCS for ACL reconstruction could obtain a high postoperative stability of the substitute and a good joint stability.
