2005年云南省流感暴发疫情分析

目的]了解云南省流感暴发的现状和特点,为防控提供科学依据。方法]汇总、整理和分析全省2005年报告的流感(含疑似流感)暴发疫情资料。结果]2005年全省共报告疫情47起,发病10 813人,罹患率2.0%~74.3%。一年四季均有疫情,冬季较高。文山州报告起数最多(16起)。有40起暴发于学校。对23起暴发采集标本作实验室检测,16起分离出流感病毒,有H3型(9起),H1型(5起)。结论]云南省2005年流感疫情增加,85%发生在学校。今后应加强学校流感防治,重视标本收集和实验室检测工作。

Study on Outbreaks of Influenza in Yunnan, China in 2005

Objective] To study the status and characteristics of influenza in Yunnan province for the disease control.Methods] The data of notifiable diseases for influenza outbreak in 2005 were collected and analyzed.Result] There were 47 influenza outbreaks and 10 813 cases in Yunnan.The incidence rate ranged from 2.0% to 74.3%.There were 16 outbreaks in Wenshan district and 40 outbreaks in schools.The viruses were isolated in 16 out of 23 outbreaks and the type was H3(9 outbreaks) and H1(5 outbreaks).Conclusion] The influenza outbreaks were increased in 2005 and 85% outbreaks were in school.It is necessary to strengthen the disease control in school,spices collection and laboratory detection in the future.
