糖尿病视网膜病变患者凝血指标变化的分析

目的 探讨糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)与凝血象的关系。方法:用日本东亚CA1500全自动血凝仪对31例正常对照组,35例单纯糖尿病(DM)组及32例糖尿病视网膜病变组的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、凝血酶时间(TT)时行检测,并分组比较。结果 DM组与正常对照组比较Fbg显著增高(P<0.05);DR与正常对照组比较PT、APTT、TT显著缩短(P值<0.05),Fbg显著增高(P<0.01);DR与DM比较Fbg显著增高(P<0.05)。结论 DR、DM均存在高凝状态,有血栓形成趋势,以DR更甚。

Study on the Variation of Coagulation in Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective To explore the coagulated feature of diabetic retinopathy. Methods Detect the prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), fibrinogen(Fbg)and thrombin time(TT)in 31 cases normal person, 35 cases diabetes mellitus (DM)and 32 cases diabetic retinopathy (DR)patients with Sysmex CA-1500 automated blood coagulation analyzer, data grouping and treatment with analysis of variance. Results Comparison between normal and DM group, the Fbg increase markedly(P < 0.05), the group of DR's PT, APTT, TT are shorter than normal's (P <0.05) and Fbg is remarkable increase (P< 0.01), DR's Fbg is higher than DM's (P <0.05). Conclusion Both DR and DM have easily coagulated statue and thrombus formation trend, especially DR.
