分泌性中耳炎治疗方法的对比研究

目的 探讨分泌性中耳炎二种不同治疗方法的疗效。方法 治疗组采用纤维鼻咽镜引导下鼓室内注射三联药混合液治疗分泌性中耳炎30例(38耳)，并与对照组采用咽鼓管吹张，注入强的松治疗分泌性中耳炎30例(42耳)进行对比研究。结果 治疗组38耳经1～2次治疗后诉听力开始提高，耳闷不同程度减轻或消失，两周后复查纯音听力及声阻抗，33耳有效，总有效率为86、84％；对照组42耳经5～7次治疗后诉听力开始提高，耳闷不同程度减轻或消失，两周后复查纯音听力及声阻抗，20耳有效．总有效率为86．84％。经卡方检验有统计学意义。结论 纤维鼻咽镜引导下鼓室内注射三联药混合液治疗分泌性中耳炎方法操作简单易学．所需药物为临床常用药．值得临床推广。

The Comparison of the Treatments of Secretory Otitis Media

Objective To determine the effect of the two kinds of treatments for secretory otitis media(SOM).Methods Thirty cases(38 ears)with SOM were treated with mixed medicines by intra tympanum injection using fibronasopharynoscopy.There were other 30 cases(42 ears) which were treated with pharyngotympanic tube catheterization as the control.Results After one or two treatments,the variation of symptoms and hearing thresholds were improved compared with that before treatment.The effective rate was 86.84%(33/38)in the treatment group.Conclusion It is concluded that therapeutics of intra tympanum injection using fibronasopharynoscopy is simple and worth promoting.
