针灸治疗慢性胃炎临床方法对比分析

本文就近 1 0年来针灸治疗慢性胃炎概况进行了综合分析与归纳 ,并对针灸治疗本病的疗效与安全性评价、针灸治疗规律及针灸临床研究重点进行了分析 ,以期为临床更好地治疗慢性胃炎提供参考资料。

Theoretical Analysis on Clinical Approaches of Acupuncture Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

In the present paper, the authors review recent de velopment of clinical trea tment of chronic gastritis with acupuncture from ① filiform needle therapy, ② moxibustion therapy, ③ hot red needle therapy, ④ body acupuncture combined w it h otopoint-plaster therapy, ⑤ acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medic ine s, and ⑥ acupuncture combined with Western medicines; and make a preliminary an alysis and evaluation on ① the therapeutic effect and safety, and ② characte rs and regularities. Moreover, the authors put forward some existent problems in t he research on clinical treatment of chronic gastritis including lack of united standards for diagnosis and evaluation of the therapeutic effect, lack of random ized control trial design, lack of comparison between acute and chronic gastriti s, and among different syndrome types, different therapies, different therapeuti c duration, etc.
