| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院手术患者抗菌药物应用情况,加强抗菌药物的使用管理. 方法医院感染专职人员和部分临床医生回顾性抽样调查2002年9月～2003年8月,手术患者抗菌药物应用情况,按调查表格逐一填写每项内容,然后统计分析.结果调查手术病例489份,抗菌药物使用率为99.80%,围术期用药率平均为53.69%,术后用1种抗菌药物者占使用人数的73.62%,用药合理和基本合理者占81.97%.结论我院抗菌药物的使用基本合理,Ⅰ类手术切口围术期抗菌药物使用率有待提高.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To know antibiotics used status on surgical operation patients in the hospital, and to strengthen the management of antibiotics usage. METHODS A total of 489 cases from Sep 2002 to Aug 2003 were sampled and reviewed by professional personnel of hospital infection and clinicians. RESULTS Most of surgical operation patients (99.86%) used antibiotics during perioperation period, the antibiotics usage rate was 53.69% ; 73.62% patients used one kind of antibiotic after operation; 81.97% cases used antibiotics reasonably. CONCLUSIONS It is reasonable that the usage of antibiotics on surgical operation patients in our hospital; the rate of antibiotic usage during perioperation period needs to increase. |
