急性白血病患者sIL-2R的表达及意义

目的　探讨急性白血病 (AL)患者血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R )的表达及临床意义。方法　采用双抗体夹心 (ELISA)法测定 40例AL患者血清sIL 2R水平 ,并与 2 7例正常人进行比较。结果　AL患者血清sIL 2R表达高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ,经化疗获完全缓解 (CR)者较化疗前虽已明显降低但仍高于正常对照组。复发时sIL 2R表达再次升高。初诊AL血清sIL 2R表达与外周血白细胞计数、骨髓中白血病细胞百分比呈正相关。结论　AL患者sIL 2R表达明显升高 ,sIL 2R水平的明显升高有助于判断AL患者的病情变化及预后

Study on the Expression of sIL-2R in Acute Leukemia and Its Clinical Significance

Objective To study the expression of serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) in acute leukemia(AL) and its clinical significance.Method The serum levels of sIL-2R were determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) in 27 healthy indivduals and 40 patients with acute leukemia.Results In 40 patients with acute leukemia(AL),the expression of sIL-2R was significantly higher than that in healthy controls(P<0.05 or 0.01),and it decreased after complete remission(CR) but was still higher than that in healthy controls.When AL relapsed, the expression of sIL-2R elevated again.In untreated AL patients,the expression of sIL-2R was positively correlated with the leukemia cell percent ratio in bone marrow and the peripheral leukocyte count(P<0.01).Conclusions The expression of serum sIL-2R elevates in patients with AL.The significant changes of serum sIL-2R in AL patients are likely to represent the seriousness of the disease and their determination may be helpful for the prognostic judgement in ALpatients.
