癌性锚蛋白重复序列在结直肠癌组织的表达及临床意义

目的：探讨癌性锚蛋白重复序列（gann ankyrin repeats， Gankyrin）在结直肠癌和正常黏膜组织的表达情况及与各临床病理因素之间的关系。方法通过免疫组织化学SP法对55例结直肠癌组织、30例癌旁黏膜组织检测Gankyrin蛋白的表达，检测所得的数据采用SPSS13．0统计软件包进行分析，各组资料的比较均采用卡方检验，以P＜0．05表示差异具有统计学意义。结果 Gankyrin蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为78．2％，在癌旁黏膜组织中的阳性表达率为23．3％，其癌组织的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁黏膜组织（χ2＝24．109， P＜0．01）；Gankyrin蛋白在同一结直肠癌患者的癌组织阳性表达高于癌旁黏膜组织的阳性表达（χ2＝6．722， P＜0．05）；在伴有淋巴结转移的组织中Gankyrin蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移的癌组织（χ2＝6．139， P＜0．05），在TNM分期中，（Ⅲ＋Ⅳ）期的癌组织Gankyrin蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于（Ⅰ＋Ⅱ）期阳性表达率（χ2＝5．130， P＜0．05）；Gankyrin蛋白在结直肠癌的阳性表达与年龄、性别、有无浆膜浸润和肿瘤的分化程度无显著关系（P＞0．05）。结论 Gankyrin蛋白在结直肠癌组织中呈阳性表达，可能与肿瘤的发生发展有密切关系，对判断预后的意义有待进一步研究。

Gankyrin protein expression in colorectal cancer tissues and its clinical significance

[Abstract ] Objective To study the expression of Gankyrin（Gann ankyrin repeats,ankyrin repeat sequence ） in colorectal cancer （ CRC ） tissues and to investigate its relationship with clinical pathological factors. MethodsImmunohistochemical SP method was employed to detect the expression of Gankyrin protein in 55 tissues of CRC and 30 tissues of mucosa adjacent to carcinoma .Data were analyzed by the chi-square test using SPSS 13.0 software.A P value 〈0.05 was considered statistically significant . Results The positive expression rate of Gankyrin protein was 78.2% and 23.3% in CRC tissues and in mucosa tissues adjacent to carcinoma respectively （χ2 =24.109, P〈0.01）.In identical patients with CRC, the expression of Gankyrin protein in cancerous tissue was significantly higher than that in mucosa tissues adjacent to carcinoma （χ2 =6.722, P〈0.05）.The expression of Gankyrin protein in CRC with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in CRC without lymph node metastasis （χ2 =6.139, P〈0.05）. The expression of Gankyrin protein in CRC with TNM stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in CRC with TNM stage ⅠorⅡ（χ2 =5.130, P〈0.05）.The expression of Gankyrin protein in CRC did not correlate with age, gender, serosal invasion or the differentiation of tumor （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Gankyrin overexpresses in CRC tissues , which might be potentially correlated with the occurrence and development of tumor.Further study should focus on the predictive value of Gankyrin for prognosis .
