金匮肾气丸治疗痛风的疗效观察

目的观察金匮肾气丸加味治疗痛风的临床疗效。方法选择符合纳入标准的痛风患者56例,根据症状给予汤剂金匮肾气丸加味治疗,疗程3个月。疗程结束后,统计患者的症状及体征改善情况、血尿酸的变化情况。结果 56例患者治愈24例(42.9%),好转30例(53.6%),未愈2例(3.5%),总有效率达96.5%。多数患者治疗后临床症状及体征消失或减轻,治疗后血尿酸情况与治疗前比较明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论金匮肾气丸治疗痛风能明显改善患者症状,疗效满意。

Clinical Observation of Jingui Shenqi Pills in the Treatment of Goute

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on gout treated with modified Jingui Shenqi Pills. Methods Fifty - six gout patients that were in accordance with the inclusive criteria were collected. According to the symptoms, the decoction form of the modified Jingui Shenqi Pills was prescribed. The dura- tion of treatment was 3 months. At the end of treatment, the improvements in symptoms and physical signs of patients and the changes in blood uric acid were analyzed statistically. Results Of 56 patients, 24 cases （42.9%）were cured,30 cases （53.6%） improved and 2 cases （3.5%） failed. The total effective rate was 96.5%. The clinical symptoms and physical signs were relieved or alleviated after treatment in most patients, and blood uric acid was reduced obviously after treatment as compared with that before treatment, indicating the significant difference （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Jingui Shenqi Pills relieve obviously the symptoms of gout and achieve the satisfactory efficacy in the patients.
