四逆散加味合替加色罗治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床研究

目的:观察四逆散加味合替加色罗治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为3组,治疗组35例口服四逆散加味合替加色罗,对照组33例口服替加色罗,32例口服四逆散加味进行疗效对比。结果:四逆散加味合替加色罗组治愈率62.86%,总有效率91.43%,均优于替加色罗组及四逆散加味组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。且对腹痛、便秘、腹泻、眩晕的临床症状积分改善情况明显优于另外2组,(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:四逆散加味合替加色罗治疗便秘型肠易激综合征优于较单一用替加色罗组或四逆散加味组,且副作用发生率低。

A Clinical Study of Sini Powder Combine Tegaserod Tablets on Constipation Type of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective: To observe the effects of Sini Powder combine Tegaserod tables on constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods: 100 patients with C-lBS were randomly divided into 3groups.Treatment group(n=35) treated with Sini Powder combine Tegaserod tables and control group(n=33) treated with single Tegaserod tables and(n=32) with single Sini Powder for 4-week,then the curative effects among them were compared.Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was62.86% and the total effective rates were 91.43%.That was superior to single Tegaserod tables group or single Sini Powder group The difference among the 3 groups was significant in statistics (P<0.05).The improvement of major clinical syndromes(stomachache,constipation,loose-bowels,faint)on treatment group was better than other 2 control groups.The difference among the 3 groups was significant in statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion: To treat constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome wth Sini Powder combine Tegaserod tables is superior to single single Tegaserod tables group or single Sini Powder group and with lower side effect.
