舒肝宁注射液治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效观察

目的对舒肝宁注射液治疗新生儿黄疸效果进行研究分析,以更好的指导临床治疗。方法随机选择我院新生儿黄疸患儿99例,分成A、B两组,A组43例为对照组,给予传统苯巴比妥药物治疗;B组56例为治疗组,给予舒肝宁注射液治疗。结果经治疗,B组治疗组总胆红素明显低于A组,新生儿恢复较快,治愈时间少于A组,有效率相比于A组较高。结论舒肝宁注射液治疗新生儿黄疸,能够有效降低血清总胆红素,促进患儿较快恢复,有效率高,具有较高临床使用和推广价值。

Shuganning injections Efficacy of the treatment of neonatal jaundice

Objective Shugan Injection treatment of neonatal jaundice and effectanalysis,to better guide clinical treatment.Methods Randomly selected 99 patients with neonatal jaundice in our hospital is divided into two groups(A,B) A group of 43 patients in the control group,giving traditional drug phenobarbital treatment;B group of 56 patients for the treatment group,given Shuganning injectionfluid therapy.Results After treatment,total bilirubin of group B treatment group were significantly lower in group A children,and children with faster recovery,healing time is less than in group A,there are efficient in group A than higher.Conclusion The Shugan Injection treatment of neonatal jaundice,can effectively reduce children with total bilirubin,and promote the rapid recovery of children with high efficiency,with higher clinical use and promotion of value.
