氯雷他定加盐酸丙卡特罗治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效观察

目的探讨氯雷他定加盐酸丙卡特罗治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法将92例儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘病例随机分为两组,两组患儿均采用相同的综合治疗,治疗组46例加用氯雷他定和盐酸丙卡特罗;对两组治疗后的症状、肺部体征改善时间进行比较。结果治疗组与对照组比较,疗效存在显著的统计学差异(x2=10.84,p<0.01),在咳嗽消失时间有显著差异(p<0.05),在肺部哮鸣音方面,有非常显著性差异(p<0.01)。治疗组在缓解咳嗽、缩短肺部哮鸣音等方面均明显优于对照组。结论氯雷他定加盐酸丙卡特罗治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘有效,明显加快治愈过程,是治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的有效方法之一。

Observation of clinical effects of Loratadine combined with procaterol hydrochloride on Children with cough variant asthma

Objective To investigate the chlorine Ray that he will be a plu sprocaterol hydrochloride treatment of children withcough variant asthma efficacy.Methods 92 cases of children with cough variant asthma cases were randomly divided into two groups,two groups of children are using the same treatment,the treatment group,46 patients with chlorine Ray that he will be and hydrochloric acid procaterol;the two groups after treatment symptoms,pulmonary signs improvement comparison.Results the treatment group and control group efficacy exists a significant statistical difference(the x2 = 10.84,p < 0.01),cough disappears significant difference(p < 0.05),lung whooping ming sound aspects,there are very significant with difference(p < 0.01).To relieve cough,shorten the lungs wheeze,the treatment group were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Loratadine set plus procaterol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma effectively,and significantly speed up the healing process,is one of effective methods of treatment of children with cough variant asthma.
