氨溴索注射液治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的通过观察氨溴索注射液对小儿毛细支气管炎的治疗效果，评估其临床价值。方法选取毛细支气管炎患儿120例，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组使用常规治疗。观察组在常规治疗的基础上使用氨溴索注射液7．5mg＋生理盐水10．mL缓慢注射，每日2次，7d为一个疗程。观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的咳嗽、喘息的持续时间均比对照组短，住院时间明显缩短，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）；观察组的有效率高达91．67％，明显高于对照组（70．00％），差异有统计学意义（x2=9．0901，P〈0．01）。结论氨溴索对小儿毛细支气管炎的治疗有比较好的临床效果，安全性较高，值得临床推广。

Observation of the curative effect of ambroxol injection in treating children with bronchiolitis

Objective To explore the effect of ambroxol injection in treating children with bronchiolitis and assess its clinical value.Methods Selected 120 cases of children with bronchiolitis and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group were supplied with conventional treatment while the observed group were injected with ambroxol 7.5mg + physiological saline 10 mL slowly,twice a day for 7 days.Then observed the curative effect.Results The duration of cough and gasping of observed group were shorter than that of control group(P < 0.01),and the length of stay of observed group was also statistical shorter(P < 0.01).The effective rate of observed group was 91.67%,and was higher than that of control group(χ2 =9.0901,P < 0.01),which was only 70.00%.Conclusion There is good clinical effect and safety of ambroxol to treat children with bronchiolitis.So it is worthy of wider clinical use.
