| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸在恶性肿瘤患者的临床价值。方法:选取本院住院治疗恶性肿瘤患者空腹血清标本,用日本Olympus AU 2700自动生化分析仪检测血清同型半胱氨酸水平。结果:血清同型半胱氨酸含量在男女性间差别具统计学意义(P<0.01),男性高于女性,年龄段间也存在一定的差异。乳腺癌组同型半胱氨酸含量与女性对照组间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他各组与对照组比较,除胃癌组P>0.05,结直肠癌组0.01

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical value of serum homocysteine in patients with malignant tumor.Methods: Fasting serum samples from patients with malignant tumor in our hospital were selected for detection of serum homocysteine by Olympus AU 2700 analyzer.Results: The difference of serum homocysteine content between male and female had statistical significance(P<0.01),higher in males than that in females,certain difference was also found among different ages.The difference of serum homocysteine levels between breast cancer group and control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05).In comparison of control group and other groups,gastric cancer group was found P>0.05,colorectal cancer was found 0.01
