| 摘 要： | 胰腺损伤常合并有其他脏器的损伤,临床症状隐蔽,易延误诊治,且治疗棘手、并发症多、死亡率高。血淀粉酶、超声、CT检查有助于胰腺损伤的早期诊断;ERCP、MRCP对于主胰管是否损伤的诊断具有重要意义。根据胰腺损伤的类型,选择合理的手术方式是治疗的关键。该文对胰腺损伤的诊治进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Pancreatic trauma usually combines with other injuries of organs.Missed diagnosis and delayed therapy are common because of subtle symptoms.It is hard to cure and has high incidence of complication and high mortality.Serum amylase,ultrasound and CT are useful for early diagnosis of pancreatic trauma;ERCP and MRCP are important methods to diagnose whether the main pancreatic duct is intact.According to the types of pancreatic trauma,to choose a reasonable surgical approach is the key to treatment.In this paper,diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic trauma are reviewed. |
