疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝96例临床体会

目的总结应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的经验。方法对本院使用美国Bard公司的疝环充填物及网状补片治疗的96例腹股沟疝的手术方法、时间、术后患者疼痛、住院时间、复发率进行回顾分析。结果巴德材料疝环充填式无张力疝修补术手术方法简便,术后疼痛轻,恢复快,复发率低。结论巴德材料疝环充填式无张力疝修补术手术方式更加符合人体解剖结构,效果好,安全可靠。

Bard hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia Clinical Experience of 96 cases

Objective To summarize the experiences in the therapy of inguinal hernia via non-tensile herniorrhaphy with hernial ring filling.Methods Operative data were retrospectively analyzed on 96 patients with inguinal hernia treated with Bard company′s hernial ring filling and reticular patches.Results Non tensile herniorrhaphy with Bard hernial ring filling was an operative approach with the virtue of convenience,little pain,rapid recovery and low recurrence.Conclusion The operative manner of non-tensile herniorrhaphy with Bard hernial ring filling,which is safe and reliable,accords with anthropotomy.
