应用“个体化时辰化疗”的护理观察

目的：探讨时辰化疗对减轻大肠癌术后化疗不良反应的疗效及护理。方法：对67例大肠癌术后患者随机分成治疗组（时辰化疗）和对照组（常规化疗），治疗组32例，对照组35例，观察其毒性反应。结果：主要的毒副反应治疗组恶心、呕吐、腹泻及骨髓抑制均比对照组明显减轻，两组差异有统计学意义。结论：时辰化疗可减少大肠癌术后化疗的不良反应，值得推广应用。

Nursing observation on individual chrono-chemotherapy

Objective： To explore the effect and nursing care of chrono-chemotherapy on alleviating side-effects of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer. Methods： 67 cases of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group（ chrono-chemotherapy ）and control group（routine-chemotherapy） ,32 cases in treatment group and 35 cases in contrd group ,and observed side-effects. Results： The main toxic and side-effects of treatment group including nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and myelosuppression,were significantly less than that of control group. There was statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusions： Chrono-chemotherapy can reduce adverse reaction of postoperative chemotherapy on colon carcinoma, which is well worth popularizing.
