| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨提高缩窄性心包炎的手术疗效方法。方法 :回顾性分析近 5年来 95例缩窄性心包炎患者的治疗。其中结核性心包炎 5 4例 (5 6 .84 % ) ,慢性炎症 2 0例 (2 0 .0 5 % ) ,非特异性炎症 8例 (8.4 2 % ) ,化脓性心包炎 13例(13.6 8% ) ,均行手术治疗。结果 :手术死亡 5例 ,死亡率 5 .2 6 %。术后 2年有 3例死于心衰。症状好转 11例 ,症状完全或基本消失 76例。结论 :术前心功能 ,病史长短 ,心包切除范围 ,完善的围术期处理是取得良好疗效的关键

| Abstract: | Objective: In order to improve the result of surgery for the constrictive Pericarditis. Methods: A restorative study was carried out on our experience. 95 patients with constrictive Pericarditis were surgically treated from 1997 to 2001. There were 54 (56.84%) of tubercalous, 20 (20.05%) of chronic inflammation, 8 (8.42%) of nonspecific inflammation, and 13 (13.68%) of purulent. Operations were performed on all patients. Results: Five patients (5.26%) died within 7 days after operation. Three died of ventricular failure during two years after operation. Eleven were relieved and sevety six were dismissed from symptoms. Conclusion: The cardiac function before operation, the suffering time, the extent of pericardiectomy, and properly preoperative management is the keys to good treatment result. |
