摘    要:目的 :探讨螺旋 CT多平面重建 (multiplanarreconstmctions,MPR)、三维表面遮盖法重建 (surfaceshadeddisplays,SSD)及容积重建 (volume reconstructions,VR)在跟骨骨折的临床应用价值。方法 :对 2 5例跟骨骨折的患者进行螺旋 CT容积扫描 ,然后在工作站上进行 MPR、SSD、VR成像 ,结合轴位扫描图像 ,观察这三种重建图像在显示骨折线、骨折碎片以及跟骨距下关节面塌陷方向和程度的效果。结果 :MPR对判断跟骨距下关节面塌陷方向和程度有帮助 ;SSD显示跟骨骨折和距下关节面塌陷的立体效果较好 ;VR虽然立体效果稍逊于 SSD,但能显示骨折的细微结构。结论 :MPR、SSD、VR这三种重建方法可互为补充 ,能够立体直观、整体地显示跟骨骨折和距下关节面塌陷 ,对临床医生决定治疗方案提供了依据

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical applicable value of helical CT mutiplanar reconstmctions(MPR),surface shaded displays(SSD) and volume reconstmctions in patients with calcaneus traumas.Methods Twenty five cases with traumas of Calcaneus underwent helical CT volume Scans.After scanning,the raw data were transferred to workstation and then processed with MPR,SSD and VR.According to the MPR,SSD,VR images and transaxial images, the fractures of calcaneus.Results MPR images Were helpful in diagnoses of the directions and degrees of subsidence of Subtalar joint.SSD can show the calcaneus fractures and subsidence of Subtalar joint stereoscopically;VR was more accurate in showing tiny fractures and detailed stmctures,although SSD was superior to VR in display spatial relationship.Conclusion Combination of MPR, SSD and VR Can provide an advantage of showing the calcaneus fractures and the SubSidence of subtalar joint more accurately and stereoscopically.These techniques have an important value to surgeons to choose therapeutic method and surgical approach.
