| 摘 要： | 目的研究卓菲对首发青少年精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应。方法应用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)和副反应量表(TESS)评价卓菲对80例病人的疗效和安全性。结果病人显效时间在2周左右,显效率达70%,有效率达97.5%,副反应以锥体外系反应、便秘为多。结论卓菲治疗青少年精神分裂症明显有效,并且在较短时间内缓解精神症状,其副作用少、安全性高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy and advense effect in the treatment of first-onset adolesent schizophrenia.Methods Eighty schizophrenic patients were treated with risperidone.the therapeutic response and adrerse effects was evaluated with the BPRS and TESS before and after the treatmeat.Results The total effective rate of risperidone was 70% and 97.5% of the patients improved remarked.Conclusions The drug has better effects and less adverse effects to the first-onset adolesent schizophrenia.it improves clinical symptoms of the illness more quickly and saft and less adverse effect. |
