| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石（URSL）治疗输尿管结石的效果。方法回顾性分析156例165侧输尿管结石行URSL的临床资料。结果165侧输尿管结石中，157侧治疗成功，成功率为95．2％。上段、中段和下段输尿管结石治疗的成功率分别为33．3％、92．3％和100．0％。结论URSL对中段和下段输尿管结石具有良好的治疗效果，可作为中段和下段输尿管结石的首选疗法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotrity(URSL) on treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods 156 cases of URSL for ureteral calculi were analyzed.Results The successful rates for upper,middle and lower ureteral calculi were 33.3%,92.3% and 100%,respectively.Conclusion URSL should be the first choice of treatment for the middle and lower ureteral calculi. |
