利凡诺联合米非司酮用于中孕引产临床观察

目的探讨利凡诺与米非司酮联合用于中孕妇女引产的效果。方法对113例的中孕引产妇女,给羊膜腔内注射利凡诺100mg(观察组,A组)同时对110例同期引产妇女,给羊膜腔内注射利凡诺100mg,服米非司酮150mg(对照组,B组)观察引产时间,组织物排出情况及产后2h出血量。结果对照组排出的时间明显缩短(P<0.01),胎儿胎膜残留,产后2h出血明显少于观察组。结论羊膜腔内注射利凡诺后口服米非司酮,引产产现缩短,降低组织物残留量,减少产后出血。

Clinical observation of the combination of lee rivanol and mifepristone in inducing labor in middle stage of pregnancy

Objective To evaluate treatment effects of the combination of lee rivanol and mifepristone in inducing labor in middle stage of pregnancy.Methods 113 patients were in group A,100 mg lee rivanol was injected into amniotic cavity;110 patients were in group B,in addition to the lee rivanol injection,the patients received oral administration of 150 mg mifepristone;duration of abortion,residual of placenta and fetal membranes,blood loss 2 hour after abortion were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,duration of abortion,residual of placenta and fetal membranes and blood loss 2 hour after abortion were better in experimental group.Conclusion The combination of lee rivanol and mifepristone is effective in inducing labor in middle stage of pregnancy.
