脑性瘫痪手部畸形的矫治与功能重建（附38例报告）

本文报告了３８例脑性瘫痪手部畸形的矫治与功能重建，经术后随诊１８个月～７年，平均４年３个月，优良率占９４．７％，文中着重阐述了手术适应证，手术方式的选择，强调了手术前后康复治疗问题的重要性，作者认为虽然脑性瘫痪手部畸形手功能完全或部分丧失的病人治疗十分困难，但根据病理改变的程度和瘫痪类型，采用综合手术方法矫正畸形并重建手的功能，可取得较好效果

The Orthopaedic Treatment and Func-tion Rebuild with Hand Malformation of Cerebral Paralysis

This article reports the orthopedic treatment and function rebuild of 38 cases with hand malformation resulting from cerebral paralysis. The patients were fol- lowed up from l8 months to 7 years with an average of 4 years 3 months. The excellent rate is 95 percent.This paper chiefly studies the indication of operation and the selection of surgical procedures emphasizing on the importance of the rehabilitation training be-fore and after operation. Although it is very difficult to treat the patient having lost all or part of his hand function due to cerebral paralysis,the author believes that better ef-fect may be obtained if comprehensive surgi-cal means were used to treat the malforma-tion and to rebuild the hand function accord-ing to the degree of pathological change and type of paralysis.
