| Abstract: | Over the last decade,the application of robotic surgery system has made great advances in overcoming the shortcoming of laparoscopy.Based upon radical laparoscopic gastrectomy,experienced surgeons have accumulated rich experiences of robot procedures and clinical researches.Robotic surgery system is technically superior and mini-invasive alternative to traditional radical laparoscopic gastrectomy.This review focused upon such recent hotspot issues as feasibility,safety,short-term recovery course and long-term clinical outcomes of robotic versus radical gastric cancer surgery. |
