局灶性脑缺血模型病理学改变及复方白术颗粒对其影响

摘    要:目的:阐述局灶性脑缺血动物模型病理学改变及药物对其影响。方法:采用单侧大脑中动脉热凝闭法建立大鼠急性脑缺血模型。HE、Luxol 坚牢蓝 PAS 染色,光镜及电镜超微结构观察,并观察复方白术颗粒对大鼠实验性缺血性脑损伤的影响。结果:动物模型脑缺血区光镜可见神经细胞呈缺血性改变;电镜下神经元、神经纤维、神经突触及血脑屏障有不同程度病理改变;复方白术颗粒可减轻其损伤程度,同时减轻血脑屏障星形细胞足突、神经元胞浆及神经轴突、树突水肿。结论:建立了稳定的 Wistar 大鼠脑缺血动物模型,光镜、电镜有肯定的病理改变,复方白术颗粒对其缺血脑组织有保护作用。
