针刺眼周奇穴治疗青少年近视疗效观察

目的观察针刺眼周奇穴治疗青少年近视的临床疗效及影响因素。方法将320例（640只患眼）青少年近视患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组160例（320只患眼）。治疗组取鱼腰、下睛明、太阳穴,对照组取攒竹、丝竹空、四白穴。治疗1个疗程后,分别对两组患者疗效及治疗后裸眼远视力变化进行对比分析。结果治疗组总有效率为95.3%,对照组为92.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;两组患者裸眼远视力较治疗前均有所提高（P〈0.01）,且治疗组视力变化明显（P〈0.01）;治疗组年龄、治疗前近视程度与治疗后视力变化差值密切相关（P〈0.01）。结论针刺腧穴治疗青少年近视的临床疗效肯定,裸眼远视力有所提高,且奇穴优于经穴;年龄、治疗前近视程度对临床疗效有影响。

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture at Periocular Extraordinary Pointsin Treating Juvenile Myopia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at periocular extraordinary points in treating juvenile myopia and the influencing factors.Methods Three hundred and twenty juvenile myopia patients（640 affected eyes） were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,160 cases（320 affected eyes） each.In the treatment selected were points Yuyao（Ex-HN4）,lower Jingming（BL 1） and Taiyang（Ex-HN5） and in the control group,points Zanzhu（BL 2）,Sizhukong（TE 23） and Sibai（ST 2）.The therapeutic effects and pre-/post-treatment differences in naked-eye distance vision were separately compared between the two groups after 1 course of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 95.3% in the treatment group and 92.2% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.After treatment,naked-eye distance vision was improved to a certain extent in both groups（P0.01） and more markedly in the treatment group（P0.01）.Conclusion Needling acupuncture points has clinically a definite therapeutic effect on juvenile myopia.It improves naked-eye distance vision to a certain extent.The effect of extraordinary points is superior to that of meridian points.The age and the pre-treatment degree of short sight affect the clinical therapeutic effect.
