2420例颅内疾病伽玛刀治疗前后的护理

目的：探讨伽玛刀（－刀）治疗前、后的护理。方法：通过２４２０例临床护理实践资料分析及１１０例问卷调查结果。结果：随着护理措施的改进和对心理护理的重视,护理质量明显提高。如１９９６年、１９９７年１７００例治疗中发生晕针９例,拒绝治疗４例,而１９９８年７２０例治疗中无１例晕针或拒绝治疗。结论：实践证明,我们的护理措施方法是行之有效的,把心理护理放在首位是正确的。

The Nurse of 2 420 Patients with Intracranial Disease before and after Gamma Knife Treatment

Objective: To explore the nurse before and after rgamma knife treatment.Method: To analyse the practicalniaterial of clinical nurse for 2 420 patients with intracranial disease, and to investigate the post therapeutic results forpatients. Result:The nursing quality is improved along with the improvement of nursing measure , and to pay attention tothe psychologic nurse, for example the syncope needle of 9 cases the rejection of the treatment for 4 cases had beenhappened during 1996 and 1997. But there is no syncope needle and rejection of treatment had been taken place in 1998 .Conclusion: The effect of nursing measure is proved by the practice. To put the psychologic nurse in the first position is alsoimportan.
