血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在肺癌诊断中的应用

目的：探讨肿瘤标志物的联合检测在肺癌诊断及鉴别诊断中的临床意义。方法：收集103例肺部疾病患者（其中肺癌患者83例，肺部良性病变患者20例）的血清标本，用放射免疫法检测其血清CEA、CA125、CYF21—1、NSE的含量。结果：肺癌组患者CEA、CA125、CYF21—1、NSE水平高于良性肺病组；四项联合检测的敏感性和特异性最高，明显优于四种肿瘤标志物的单项测定。结论：CEA、CA125、CYF21—1、NSE对肺癌诊断有价值，建议临床工作中采用四项联合检测。

Oinical Application of Combining Tumor Markers in Diagnosis of Lung Cancer

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of the diagnosis and differential diagnosis about the pulmonary carcinoma by the methods of combining test the tumor markers.Methods:Collect 103 patients' blood preparation of pulmonary disease(83 patients of pulmonary carcinoma,20 patients of pulmonary benign lesion),and detect the contents of CEA,CA125,CYF21-1 and NSE in the serum by immunoradioassay method.Results:Serum Contents of CEA,CA125,CYF21-1 and NSE of patients with pulmonary carcinomar is higher than those of patients with pulmonary benign lesion, and the sensitivity and the specificity are obviously higher by the methods of combining test the four tumor markers than only testing the single item.Conclusions CEA,CA125,CYF21-1 and NSE are worthiness for the diagnosis of the pulmonary carcinoma.We suggest to combine test them in the clinical work.
