| 摘 要： | 目的:观察补中益气汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:在电子胃镜和胃B超的配合下,61例患者服用补中益气汤加减,每日1剂,15d为1疗程。结果:61例中,症状基本消失者45例,明显改善者12例,无明显改善者4例。结论:补中益气汤对胆汁反流性胃炎有一定的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: to observe the clinical effect of the decoction for strengthen the middle warmer to tonifying qi to treat bile reflux gastritis. Method: 61 cases treated with the modified decoction for strengthen the middle warmer to tonifying qi(1 dose per day). 15 days was a course of treatment. Result: 45 cases of symptom were disappeared, 12 cases of symptom were obviously amelioration and 4 cases of symptom were not amelioration. Conclusion: the decoction for strengthen the middle warmer to tonifying qi had some effect to bile reflux gastritis. |
