| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在乳腺癌中的表达及其与腋窝淋巴结转移的关系.方法:应用链霉素抗生素蛋白--过氧化酶(strep tavidin-Peroxidase,S-P)免疫组化技术检测62例乳腺癌组织的VEGF表达.结果:VEGF在有腋窝淋巴结转移患者中阳性表达20例(62.5%),在无腋窝淋巴结转移患者中阳性表达2例(6.7%),两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01).肿瘤大小与VEGF的阳性表达呈密切正相关(P＜0.01).结论:VEGF表达的增高对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移有促进作用,可作为衡量肿瘤转移的参考指标.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the expression of VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF) in breast cancer and its correlation with axillary lymphogenous metastasis.Methods: The expressions of VEGF in the 62 patients with breast cancer were examined by streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemical test.Results: The 20 cases showed positive expressions of VEGF in the patients with axillary lymphogenous metastasis group(62.5%) and 2 cases in no axillary lymphogenous metastasis group(6.7%).There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).The tumor size correlated positively with the positive expression of VEGF(P<0.01).Conclusion: Increased expression of VEGF facilitates the axillary lymphogenous metastasis in breast cancer and the expression of VEGF could be a reference index of tumor metastasis. |
