血管束植入神经卡压段促进周围神经损伤修复的实验研究

摘    要:
目的 观察血管束植入神经卡压段后,神经卡压段重建血供的再血管化过程。方法 采用经典的大鼠坐骨神经慢性卡压模型,随机分为两组,实验组去除卡压物,卡压段神经外膜切开松解并植入血管;对照组去除卡压物,仅行卡压段神经外膜切开松解不植入血管。采用肉眼观察、显微镜观察、电生理检测、光镜、透射电镜、图像分析观察血管束植入后,神经卡压段的再血管化过程,神经纤维再生及功能恢复。结果 实验组的肉眼观察、显微镜观察、电生理指标、光、电镜观察,图像分析观察神经卡压段的再血管化程度,神经纤维的直径、数目,髓鞘的厚度及纤维结缔组织减少的程度均优于对照组。结论 血管束植入可早期重建卡压神经段的血运,对神经的再生和功能恢复有明显促进作用,为更加合理地治疗周围神经卡压性疾病开辟了新途径。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the process of revascularization and regeneration of the compressed nerve grafts after vascular bundle implantation. Methods A chronic nerve compression animal model was made according the method described by Machinnonic, healthy female SD rats(150 - 200g) were derided into two groups randomly. Under identical experimental conditions, compressed nerve grafts with and without vascular bundle implantation were used to repair peripheral nerve injuries. The samples were studied with electrophysiology, light microscopy,electron and motomitic image analysis to observe the process of revascularization and regeneration of the compressed nerve grafts. Results The resuh showed that the electrophysiological indices,the diameter and the myelin sheath thickness of regenerating nerve fibers,the degree of the connective tissue decreasing were much better in experimental group than in control group. Conclusion Vascular bundle Implantation may help compressed nerves to restore blood supply and accelerate nerve regeneration and function restoration.
