低氧习服过程对模拟高原急性低氧大鼠肺组织结构的影响

摘    要:
目的:观察低氧习服对模拟高原低氧大鼠肺组织的影响。方法:32只Vistar大鼠随机分成4组:常氧对照组(N组,n=8)、急性低氧组(H组,n=8)、3000m低氧习服+急性低氧组(G组,n=8)、5000m低氧习服+急性低氧组((=5组,n=8)。习服完成后,置于模拟海拔6000m急性低氧24h,观察动物在不同低氧习服水平对模拟高原急性低氧大鼠肺组织结构改变。结果:急性低氧组大鼠肺组织显微和超微结构出现少量的肺泡性肺水肿,明显的间质性肺水肿;而经过低氧习服后,间质性肺水肿明显减轻,基本无肺沿幽市水肿出现。结论:低氧习服可以明显减轻急性低氧大鼬市水肿特别是间质肺水肿的程度。
