| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨碱性磷酸酶(B-ALP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和骨钙素(BGP)在去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松模型中的表达。方法通过切除大鼠双侧卵巢,建立大鼠骨质疏松模型,分别于手术后2、3、4、5个月检测骨密度、B-ALP、IL-6及BGP的变化。结果与空白组和假手术组相比,去卵巢组大鼠骨密度显著降低(P0.05),B-ALP、IL-6和BGP含量均显著增高(P0.05)。结论B-ALP、IL-6和BGP在去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松模型中呈显著表达,与骨质疏松发生程度呈正相关。 |
