针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效观察

目的:探讨针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法:将60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为2组.治疗组(针灸组)30例,采用针灸治疗(选穴:血海、梁丘、鹤顶、内、外膝眼、阴、阳陵泉);对照组30例,采用口服科芬汀(萘丁美酮胶囊)治疗.结果:治疗组和对照组均能缓解膝骨性关节炎的疼痛.治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率66.67%,两组有显著差异(P＜0.001).结论:针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效优于口服西药,是治疗中早期膝骨性关节炎的一种有效方法.

Clinical efficacy observations on acupuncture and moxibustion for osteoarthritis in the knees

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy on acupuncture and moxibustion for osteoarthritis in the knees.Method: 60 patients were randomly divided in two groups.The treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion(XuehaiSP10,LiangqiuST34,HedingEX-LE3,XiyanEX-LE5,YinlingquanSP8,YanglingquanGB36);contral group received Nabumetone Capsules by oral.Result:Treatment group and contral group could relivies painess of osteoarthritis in the knees.The response rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group.There was a significant defference in clinical efficacy between the two group(P<0.001).Conclusion: The curative effecct was better in the treatment group than in the contral group,and acupuncture and moxibustion is a efficacy method to treat middle early period osteoarthritis in the knees.
