| 摘 要： | 本文对214例自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)病人以年龄分组进行了回顾性对比分析,发现60岁以上老年 SAH 病人的意识障碍、精神症状的发生率分别为89.21%、22.54%,高于59岁以下病人(P<0.01),而头痛、呕吐、颈强、脑膜刺激征则与此相反,两组间差异非常显著(P<0.01)。同时60岁以上老年人 SAH 并发症多、误诊率及病死率亦高,应予以密切关注。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the diagnosis of the patients with geriatric SAH retrospective comparison of 214 cases with SAH in various groups of age is analyzed.It shows that the ineidences of disturbarces of conseiousness and psychotic symptoms of the elderly Fatients abeve 60 are higher than that of the patients below 59.But the incidences of headache,vomiting,neck rigidity and meningeal irritation are lower.At the same time the patients above 60 with SAH may accompany many complications,and the misdiagno- stic and mortality rate are higher too,that we should pay close attention to. |
