| 摘 要： | 本文报道了紫外分光光度法测定灭滴灵栓的含量,克服了非水滴定法因温热萃取、溶剂的腐蚀性和刺激性,操作简便、快速,结果准确。平均回收率为100.7±0.61%,变异系数为0.60%(n=9).

| Abstract: | A simple, rapid and reproducible method for the quantitative determination of Metronidazole in its suppositories by uv-spectrophotometry has been developed. The method overcomes the shortcomings in nonaqueous titration due to the stimulative and corrosive action of solvents. Under the given experimential conditons, the mean recovery of Metronidazole was 100.7±0.61% and the cv was 0.60% (n=9). |
