急性心肌梗死患者直接经皮冠脉介入术后感染原因调查和预防对策

目的对急性心肌梗死患者直接经皮冠脉介入术后感染原因进行调查并探讨预防对策。方法对直接经皮冠脉介入术后出感染患者行痰液、血液细菌培养和药敏。结果感染与患者在术中出现心室颤动致阿斯综合征，予直流电电复律等抢救术野受污染相关；与患者存在多种基础性疾病相关；与患者年龄、手术射线量呈正相关；与导管室消毒等措施相关。结论应杜绝术野污染，控制老年患者其他基础疾病，尽可能减少手术X线照射量，提高患者抵抗力，做好导管室相关消毒措施，进入导管室医务人员及患者均应严格执行隔离消毒制度。

The causes of postoperative infection and prevention countermeasures in patients with acute myocardial infarction after direct percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To investigate and explore the prevention countermeasures in patients with acute myocardial infarction after direct percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods To perform the sputum culture and blood bacterial culture and drug susceptibility detection in patients with acute myocardial infarction after direct percutaneous coronary intervention. Results The postoperative infection was related to intraoperative Ad- ams-Stokes syndrome inducing by ventricle fibrillation, surgical field pollution after direct current countershock, foundational diseases, catheterization room disinfection, and it also positive correlated with age, X-ray dosage. Conclusions The surgical field pollution must be put an end, and it is important to control the elderly patients, to reduce the X-ray dosage as much as possible, and enhance resistance , pay much attention to catheterization room disinfection and to perform strict disinfection and isolation institution.
