| 摘 要： | 目的：探索闽东农村腹泻病原的现状，了解感染性腹泻的菌群分布与变迁。方法：收集临床门诊急性腹泻患者909例的粪便标本，进行ETEC，EPEC，EIEC，志贺氏菌，沙门氏菌，非O1群弧菌，空肠弯曲菌，耶氏菌的常规分离鉴定，LT，ST应用平板免疫溶血实验和乳鼠灌胃实验检测。结果：检出致泻菌416株，检出阳性率45.76%，其中ETEC133株（14.63%)占病原谱之首，志贺氏菌118株（12.98%)次之，其他依次为EPEC，EIEC，空肠弯曲菌，沙门氏菌，亲水性气单胞菌，非O1群弧菌，耶氏菌，发现混合感染患者52例。结论：闽东农村引起腹泻的病原菌谱广泛，菌群型分布复杂。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the current situation and distribution of diarrhea etiology in rural area of Eastern Fujian.Methods:909 of stool specimen collected from patient with acute diarrhea had undertaken routine tests for ETEC?EPEC?EIEC?Shegalla?Salmonella?non O1 type virrio?jejunum campylobacter?yersinia,and plate immuno hemolytic assay and baby mice feeding tests used for LT and ST.Results:Altogeher there were 416 strains of pathogens isolated,with a positive rate of 45 67%.Among them,ETEC ranked as the first accounting for 133 strains(14 63%),and then followed by EPEC?EIEC,Jejunum campylobacter,salmonella non O1 type virrio,and yersinia.There were 52 cases of multiple infections.Conclusion:The diarrhea etiology in rural area of Eastern Fujian is complex and its distribution is extended. |
