赶黄草不同溶剂提取物抑菌活性的初步探讨

目的:研究赶黄草水提物及不同浓度醇提物的体外抑菌作用。方法:以抑菌圈直径为参考指标,采用滤纸片法,测定赶黄草水提物及30%、50%、70%、90%醇提物对几种常见病菌的体外抑菌活性。结果:各提取物对绿脓杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,而对白色念珠菌、新生隐球菌、大肠杆菌的抑制作用不明显。结论:赶黄草不同溶剂提取物对4种供试菌均具有不同程度的抑制作用,是一种具有开发价值的天然抑菌资源。

PreLiminary AntimicrobiaL Activity of Different SoLvent Extracts form Phethorum Chinense Pursh

Objective：To study the antibacteriaL effect of aqueous extract and ethanoL extract of Phethorum chinense Pursh in vitro.Methods：According to the size of the antibacteriaL annuLus,the antibacteriaL effect of aqueous extract and 30%,50%,70%,90% ethanoL extract of severaL common bacteria in vitro were determined by using fiLter paper method.ResuLts： Different extracts from Phethorum chinense Pursh aLL showed different degrees of antibacteriaL effects on Pseudomonas aeruginosa,BaciLLus stubtiLis,StaphyLococcus.Results：aureus and StaphyLococcus epidermidis,but they had no obvious inhibition effects on MoniLia aLbican,Cryptococcus neoformans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Conclusion：The different soLvent extracts of Phethorum chinense Pursh have different degrees of antibacteriaL effects on four kinds of tested strains,is a naturaL inhibition of the deveLopment vaLue of resources.
