超声检测胎儿皮下组织厚度预报巨大胎儿体重

本文报道应用Ｂ型实时超声测量胎儿皮下组织厚度和常用的胎儿指标，建立与新生儿体重的回归方程。前瞻性预测巨大胎儿体重２５例。结果表明，胎儿皮下组织厚度与孕龄及新生儿体重之间有着良好的相关性。其预报巨大胎儿体重的敏感性为８４％，特异性为９５％。较常用的胎儿指标要准确，有助于识别巨大胎儿。

Measaring the Thickness of Fefal Hypodermis by Ultrasonography to Predict macrosomia

macrosomias were found by application of B-made real-time ultraxonography through measuring the thickness of fetal hypodermis and using our extablixhed regression equatlon to predict prospective-ly the body weight of macrosomias. The results indicated that there was a good relationship between the thick- ness of fetal hypodermis and the gestional period and the body weight of the neonate. Its' predictive sensitivityis 84%,specificity 95%,more accurate than common fetalometry to discern macrosomia.
